Invitation
for members of your organization to participate in Media Day on Friday, August 3, 2012 (Tentative date) at Bridgeside Marina
on Grand Isle.
You may hang a banner or sign at the Tournament Location.
You will receive 10 tournament Tickets/
Entries, which includes T-shirt, Fri. Dinner and Sat. Lunch, Tournament Entry and Ditty Bag. (If your participants wish
to be a part of the Purse (Cash Pay Out) they will need to pay $20 each.)
Any appropriate Print Material you provide
to the Tournament will be distributed to participants in the Ditty Bags.
You may also bring a booth/table to the Tournament
to sell your merchandise/promote your organization. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes and licenses.
